    Licensed crowd control for hotels, clubs and licensed venues. Scoped to your trade hours, your peak nights and the conditions on your licence.

    Festivals, activations and sporting events. Ingress planning, crowd flow, screening and radio comms, with a named supervisor on your channel.

  • Retail and loss prevention

    Discreet floor presence for retail sites and centres. Deterrence first, documented reporting always, and staff trained to manage theft without escalating it.

  • Static guarding

    Overnight and continuous coverage for commercial, industrial and construction sites. Patrol logs, access records and incident reports your auditor can accept.

  • Concierge

    Front-of-house presence for residential buildings, corporate lobbies and precincts. Access control and visitor management handled with the manner your tenants expect.

  • Labour hire and event staffing

Operating principles

Presence is not a plan.

  • Plan the site, then staff it

    Nothing gets rostered until we understand the site, the hours, the crowd and the risks you are actually managing. The plan decides the people, not the other way around.

  • Prevention over reaction

    Our people are selected and trained to de-escalate. The measure of a good shift is what did not happen, and a quiet night is the result we are paid for.

  • Named supervision, every deployment

    Every job has a supervisor who is briefed, on shift and contactable while the work is running. You speak to a person who was there, not a scheduler the next morning.

  • Documented, and on time

    Logs, access records and incident reports written in plain, factual language, delivered on schedule and in a form you can hand to your licensee, insurer or auditor without rewriting it.
